Tree CDL Driver / Laborer – $30/hr + Full Family Benefits

HTM Contractors is looking for a CDL Driver / Tree Laborer to join our Honolulu team.

This isn't a desk job—and it isn't an easy job. You'll work alongside our tree crews, operate trucks and equipment, help keep jobs safe, and take pride in leaving every job cleaner and better than you found it.

Pay & Schedule:

• $30/hour starting pay

• Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM (Varies with jobs)

• Weekly pay

• Local work — home every day

• Consistent year-round work

• No overnight travel

The Work:

Every day is different. You'll be part of a professional tree crew while developing your skills with commercial trucks and heavy equipment.

• Operate boom/bucket trucks

• Operate dump trucks

• Operate wood chippers

• Assist with tree trimming and removal projects

• Load and secure tools and equipment

• Assist with cleanup and removal of tree debris

• Set up traffic control zones with signs, cones, and arrow boards

• Perform daily DVIR inspections

• Keep trucks and equipment clean and job-ready

• Identify and report equipment issues

• Work safely around crews, customers, traffic, and equipment

What We're Looking For:

• CDL A or B required

• Previous boom truck, tree service, construction, or heavy equipment experience preferred

• Tree service experience is a plus

• Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical labor

• Reliable and punctual

• Safety-focused

• Team player

• Willing to learn and take direction

• Clean driving record
