Firewood Hawaii delivers premium, sustainably sourced firewood and charcoal across the islands to campers, backyard cookouts, and restaurants that depend on us. We're small, we move fast, and we take care of the people who show up.

Pay & Schedule

• $23 per hour
• Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• Weekly pay

This Work

• You will lift, carry, and stack wood all day. At least 80 lbs, over and over.
• You will run a chainsaw and a firewood processor.
• You will operate a forklift, and depending on the day, an excavator, backhoe, or skid steer.
• You will work outside in heat, rain, mud, dust, and sun. There's no air conditioning out here.
• You will be on your feet and moving the full shift.
• Some days you're driving and delivering. Some days you're cutting grass or cleaning the yard. You do what the day needs.
• Safety gear is required, not optional. No exceptions.

What You'll Do

Firewood Processing

• Cut and split firewood
• Operate the firewood processor
• Pack, label, and track wood inventory

Equipment Operation

• Operate forklifts, excavators, backhoes, and skid steers
• Complete daily DVIR inspections before using any truck or equipment
• Keep trucks and equipment clean and serviceable; report issues to the Fleet and Facility Manager immediately through our DVIR

Delivery & Driving

• Deliver firewood and charcoal to residential and commercial customers
• Represent the company well on every delivery; you're the only person the customer sees
• Support other divisions as a driver and with general labor when needed

Yard & Facility

• Cut grass, clear vegetation, and keep the facility clean and organized
• Perform light handyman repairs
• Help organize and manage inventory

What You Need

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving abstract
• Chainsaw experience, or willing to learn and be trained
• Able to stand, walk, bend, and lift at least 80 lbs throughout the shift
• Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
• Shows up on time, works hard, hits deadlines

Helps but not required: excavator, skid steer, or backhoe experience; prior work in firewood, logging, tree work, landscaping, farming, demo, or heavy civil.
