We're looking for a reliable, safety-minded professional to operate roll-off trucks and equipment while providing dependable service to our commercial and construction customers.

This position offers predictable local routes, well-maintained equipment, and the opportunity to build a long-term career with a growing company. You'll be home every night, with no mandatory weekend work.

WORK SCHEDULE

• Monday–Friday 5:30 AM - 2:30 PM ( OR UNTIL JOB IS FINISHED)

• 40+ hours guaranteed

• Overtime after 40 hours per week

• Weekend work optional; no mandatory weekends

• Local routes with no overnight travel

• Steady, year-round work

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Deliver, exchange, and pick up roll-off containers.

• Complete local commercial and construction routes.

• Safely operate roll-off trucks and equipment.

• Occasionally operate vacuum trucks, hooklift trucks, and street sweepers.

• Coordinate with dispatch to complete assigned routes efficiently.

• Follow company safety practices and maintain professional service.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE

• Valid CDL Class A or B required.

• Clean driving record.

• Roll-off or similar commercial driving experience preferred.

• Dependable, reliable, and safety-minded.

• Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team.

• Ability to operate commercial vehicles responsibly and provide professional customer service.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• PAY: $30.00 Hourly

• Weekly pay

• Guaranteed 40+ hours per week

• Overtime after 40 hours per week
